Bucharest-Piatra Neamt
Pick-up at the airport or from hotel in Bucharest and drive to Piatra Neamt,
through Romanian plain and the famous vineyards of the Vrancea county.

Day 2 - Piatra Neamt-Agapia-Humor-Voronet-Campulung Moldovenesc
Drive from Piatra Neamt to Agapia, Humor and Voronet monasteries, the most
representative painted monasteries in the Bucovina region of Moldova, last two
monasteries being under UNESCO, and Voronet being called the Sistine Chapel of
Eastern Europe.

Day 3 -
Bucovina-Sighisoara
After breakfast, depart for Sighisoara, the best preserved and continuously
inhabited early middle age town in Europe and therefore part of the World
Cultural Heritage.

Day 4 - Sighisoara-Biertan-Sighisoara
In the morning
, explore Sighisoara. Visit the famous Clock Tower Museum and the Torture Room,
the Evangelical Church and the Armory Room. Visit the house in which Dracula-Vlad
the Impaler was born and have a tour of the fortress including the Church on the
hill. After lunch drive to Biertan fortress church, World Cultural Heritage site
that hosts the largest wing altar in Romania and also used to be used for more
than 300 years by the Transylvanian bishop as his residence.

Day 5 - Sighisoara-Brasov-Bran-Sinaia
In the morning depart to Brasov and have a brief city tour: enter in the Black
Church, the St Nicolae Church and the First Romanian School and then drive on to
Bran to visit the castle - known as Dracula Castle - built by the merchants in
Brasov in the 14th century to protect the border between Walachia and
Transylvania. In the evening arrive in Sinaia.

Day 6 – Sinaia-Bucharest
In the
morning, visit the Peles Castle, the former summer residence of the Romanian
royal family and the Sinaia Monastery, a beautiful example of the Byzantine
architectural style, the first building in Sinaia. Transfer
to your hotel in Bucharest.

Day 7 - Bucharest
After breakfast, get acquainted with the Romanian capital during the day city
tour. The comprehensive tour of Bucharest, once nicknamed the “Paris of
Balkans”, will include visits to the Village Museum, Parliament Palace
(considered the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon) the
Revolution Square, Patriarchal Cathedral, Triumphal Arch and many other places
of interest. In the evening enjoy a traditional Romanian dinner with folklore
show.
